Mr.Watson Yeh worked as a Sr. computer design engineer for 12 years before worked in the financial market. He was a key design member for Intel Pentium CPU chip for Intel Corp. and designed and manufactured semi-conductor VLSI Circuit for computer CPU and memory chips for NEC Electronic Inc. from 1984 to 1996.

Mr. Yeh has a professional automation intelligent robotic technology and extensive use of the experience. Mr.Yeh has his highly effective technical team of big data. His project will be developed to lead the world’s science and technology over the next 5-10 years in the near future. It is future trend from big data to intelligent robots, then going to intelligent of technology, Mr.Yeh will be the pioneer of development of this technology in the future because his great vision with magnificent foresight, extremely expertise and excellent leadership skills.

Moreover, Watson has 12 years of achievements in Hi-tech fields. After he graduated from the university on major of machinery automation and computer engineer science, he worked the Top 500 global company-Intel as a senior computer design engineer, design Intel Pentium CPU chips. From 1984 to 1996, he worked the famous NEC electronics corporation as a senior computer design engineer, designed and manufacturing of semi-conductor computer CPU.

Watson Yeh is an inventor. You can see his patents on website of U.S. patent data if you doing research. In his mind, he always desires to be an inventor that he can do something great for the society using his wealth of acknowledge and work experience.  He has committed to his patents. In 2007, he has invented his "Auto-smart water system" due to more and more terrible drought situation of California. In 2015, he starts his project-"Internet Efficient Logistics System" that will change the way people live for near future. Now it is on raising fund stage. We will look forward to seeing it.

REAL ESTATE:

Mr. Watson Yeh has 16 years experiences in real estate investment as a Real Estate Broker and a President of EZ MAX Realty. He is also responsible for management, operation, and oversees including market researching, buy and sell negotiating, investment cash flow analysis, project risk assessment, and the final exit strategy planning. After identifying the target commercial real estate deal, he also able to arrange financial funding to complete the acquisition and title transform. And then he set up a new task team to finish any engineering change and remodel or rehab work for the property. Finally establish the effective property management team to stabilize the operation and turn the investment project to profitable.

The pass projects include commercial real estate such as Hotel, warehouse, shopping mall, and multi-unit apartment. He has excellent negotiation skill with great relationship with numbers of national and local banks; he successfully completed several commercial short sale, REO, foreclosure, and non-perform note purchase. During 1985-1990, he worked on a real estate development project to build over 5000 residential properties in north California. He is not only well understanding the real estate acquisition and operational side, but also the more important side is that he has excellent financial knowledge. In order to create a win-win-win situation, he is very good at to structure a creative or alternative real estate financing by raising private funding to complete the transaction.Since 2002, he works for Coldwell Banker as Commercial real estate Broker; he has been a top producer for so many years. He has received a lot of award from the Coldwell Banker Corp.

FINANCIAL INVESTMENT:

Between 1996 and 2001, Mr.Yeh was a financial investment advisor for Break and Young Investment Advisor Inc. and WMA Securities Inc. as Branch Manager, and Marketing Director for both security investing companies. He provided financial advisor for retirement planning, estate planning, and tax advantage investment including financial product such as IRA, 401k, 403b, annuity, LTC, and Life insurance.
