Oliphia comes from an architectural design family. Her father is an architectural engineer, her mother is a senior financial planner, and her brother is a developer for real estate projects oversea.

Oliphia started up her owned advertising company since she was 24 years old. Afterward,  she has been getting into the real estate investment business that covered both residential and commercial real estate .

During the year of 2006-present, she focused on short sale and foreclosure properties, and participated some negotiation process. Oliphia has a lot experiences on REO and creative financing experience on financial industry.
